We were in town for a night and the FBO was able to book us rooms at this airport. I wished I had gotten her name but the woman who checked us in on 8/10/25 was fantastic. I've never received such a nice and friendly welcome at any Marriott ever. She was going above and beyond to help everyone who was checking in. The room was nice and spacious.
I had get a hotel quick for my Grandmother and I had previously booked another hotel but the elevator wasn’t working and Grannie is 90. Well the front desk lady was so nice, we booked it, Breakfast was on point rooms was excellent and staff and housekeeping was phenomenal. All hotels should like Residence by Marriott on W Prien Lake. Coming from Houston rate them a 5 Star
The staff is very friendly and will do anything they can to make your stay pleasant. The housekeeping staff is great at their job. It’s a very clean hotel. I highly recommend you stay here. They have a great breakfast pets are allowed so that is a big plus for me.
I recommend this hotel without reservations! A special note has to go to housekeeping ; my hotel room was squeaky clean, smelled fresh. I travel for work, so this hotel has everything I need to make me feel at home. The kitchenette , w fridge and microwave, they even provided Tupperware. Breakfast was , I loved the eggskish , high protien yogurt and available coffee. Staff is great too. They accommodated my requests. Thank you for the amazing stay!
I try to always stay at Marriott properties and as always, this location is one of the reasons why. The location was great, staff very friendly and accommodating, and rooms were clean. The hot breakfast was delicious as well.

work trip. room was comfortable.we had a 1bedroom suite. the living area space was oddly setup.TV was not facing sofa and too small for space. bathroom also was not setup for natural guest activites. For ex: how the towel rack (1), not near shower. details like that. definitely remodeled - but not with the guest experience in mind. staff was very professional, friendly and accommodating.
Ongoing renovation, staff very professional and quiet. Clean, organized. Good breakfast variety and selection. Room fully equipped and big,enough for family of 4.
